Great tips! Does Google penalize you if you were to guest post on one site and then after a few days, repost it on your site and attribute a link to the original post?

hi! I needed a little help. I use the basic and free version of wordpress for my blog. that means I’m not allowed to use google analytics or anything. SEO is also handled my the wordpress itself. But my page ranking is zero and I don’t know how it will increase. Please guide me I’m totally confused and helpless 🙁
